| Kay Cioffi is responsible for business development and client acquisition for Agility Executive Search. In this role, she identifies and develops market opportunities as well as cultivate new relationships with both prospective clients and potential board directors. |

| Ms. Cioffi is also the CEO of Sequitor Partners, LLC, an executive leadership consulting services firm. Sequitor’s clients include Fortune 500 companies seeking to strengthen their reputation and connection with their customers and shareholders through the strategic roles and relationships their executives hold outside of the company. |

| Furthermore, as the Co-Chair of the Development Committee with the National Center for Women & IT , Ms. Cioffi is responsible for recruiting board directors and corporate members. She also serves on the Board of Directors with the Girls Inc. of Westchester County , where she is currently on the Fund Development Committee, having previously served as the Co-Chair of the Board and Chair of the Board Development Committee. |

Ms Cioffi received a bachelors degree in biological sciences from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, and attended the Women's Director Development program at the Kellogg School of Management. She resides in New York with her husband and two daughters.
