Patricia has also conducted cross border recruitment of directors and CEO’s for major European and Canadian companies and has lead in conducting senior management assignments for Xerox, Seagram’s, Citadel Investment Group and AlliedSignal Inc (now Honeywell International Inc.). |

| Before joining the executive search industry Patricia served as a Quebec Regional Sales Manager for a Silicon Valley based company and has held a variety of sales and marketing positions in both Canada and the US. Prior to this, she was the Assistant Director of the MBA Program at Concordia University, one of Canada’s most dynamic and innovative universities with approximately 44,000 students. |

Active in her community, Patricia is involved with The Blue Card, Inc and serves diligently on the Family Advisory Council of the Komansky Center for Children’s Health at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center and is a former Trustee of Temple Israel of New York City. She is also an active volunteer at The Collegiate School and The Nightingale-Bamford School.
