Additionally, at Agility Executive Search we have instituted an innovative milestone pricing system which effectively parallels our business interests with your own. As a result, rather than functioning as an autonomous executive search firm, we operate amicably as an auxiliary member of your team. We believe that fees should be congruent with results rather than with arbitrary dates. This is the rationale behind the progressive milestone pricing method. Thus we work one-on-one with our clients to set salient milestones that are mutually agreeable.
 
After the initial signing deposit to retain our services, payment for the work completed will be collected only after the predetermined milestone has been successfully achieved. The Agility Executive Search milestone pricing practice allows for unmatched transparency and fully maps out the various steps in our search process. Additionally, developing the milestones together with your executive team and human resource professionals, allows us to customize the benchmarks to the exact needs of your industry and specifically your enterprise.

Unbundling the Search
 
Occasionally you simply do not need all of the steps of a search conducted outside of your organization. In these cases Agility Executive Search is pleased to offer “unbundling options.” This can mean engaging us for only one or more of the following activities:
  • Development of the search specification and/or search strategy
  • Research on target companies and candidates
  • Candidate generation
  • Interviews
  • Referencing (including those NOT provided by the candidate)

In this manner you get excellence but at a cost for only those services you require.
 
Finally, we maintain strong strategic relationships with experts in fields related to and complementary to our own. We call upon these firms and individuals to supplement our process.
